Sands Investment Group approached us with bold ambitions: a new brand, a broader service offering, and a desire to reinvent how clients and brokers engage with their listings and tools online. As one of the fastest-growing commercial real estate brokerages in the U.S., SIG had outgrown its legacy presence at signnn.com. The launch of the new sandsig.com marked more than a URL change — it was a strategic opportunity to create a digital experience that could scale with the company’s growing scope and sophistication.
The Goal
A new digital platform built entirely on WordPress to give clients a customized experience and support SIG’s ambitious operational goals.
Expanding SIG’s brand and platform to support growth and new offerings
We designed the new site to both reflect SIG’s evolving identity and support their operational goals. While they had long been known for their strength in NNN lease properties, SIG’s offerings had expanded significantly. We worked closely with the SIG team to create a flexible platform that could highlight their full suite of product types and service areas.
This included the introduction of new listing categories like Early Access, which teases properties not yet on the market, and Buyer Needs, which allows SIG to showcase current market demand and directly connect buyers with sellers. Beyond just showcasing properties, the site also serves as a recruiting tool — built to attract and retain top broker talent by demonstrating SIG’s commitment to innovation and growth.
Creating a personalized, authenticated experience for high-intent users
To better serve high-intent users, we created an authenticated experience called the SIGnature Group, giving members instant access to exclusive features. Logged-in users can favorite listings, submit NDAs and Letters of Intent, and download Offering Memorandums without friction. They can also personalize their communications by managing email preferences tied to the property types and regions they care most about.
Verified members receive early access to listings and insights into buyer demand — reinforcing SIG’s role as a connector in the marketplace.
Integrating back-office systems to drive automation and insight
Behind the scenes, we helped SIG bring efficiency and intelligence to their back office through key platform integrations. With ActiveCampaign, we automated tagging based on user behavior and fed listing data into templated email campaigns via RSS.
Our integration with Rethink CRM (built on Salesforce) ensured that every user interaction — from favoriting a property to submitting an LOI — automatically populated in the CRM, complete with copies of signed NDAs and LOIs. This not only streamlined operations but also reinforced Rethink as SIG’s single source of truth for client data, enabling better reporting, lead tracking, and growth measurement.
